If you were handicapped with a wheel chair I'd be all for you having special access and special privledges. But, your NOT..
I see you come and go like everyone else with the one caveat - you get special privledges at the dinghy dock. Again, this speaks volumessssss.
Jim - you can fool some people sometime, but you can't fool all the people all the time

: Hey dummy... Many people can not swim on

: because your thinking is off the charts and
: it will be fun to start playing with you.

: Is it just me? Am, I only the person that
: thinks that if a person is disabled to the
: point where he can't climb out of a Dingy or
: swim or tread water then that person has no
: place being involved in the boating scene?
: A prerequisite to owning a boat is that you
: must be fit and ablebodid. A Person MUST
: KNOW HOW TO SWIM. Jim Lowry looks to the
: City and State and the ADA for special
: privleges - thats fine, and I could really
: care less. The fact that you need special
: privledges and you sing it to the whole
: world speaks volumes about you as a man!
