Anchoring Rights controversy, the situation has
heated up considerably! CRUISERS WHO HAVE ANY INTEREST WHATSOEVER IN EVER
ANCHORING ON THE WATERS OF THE SUNSHINE STATE, NEED TO READ ALL THE
LATEST MESSAGES ON THE SALTY SOUTHEAST CRUISERS NET CONCERNING THIS HOT
BUTTON ISSUE WITHOUT DELAY, AND THEN TAKE ACTION. In particular, those
of you who are residents of Sarasota County or any other county
represented by Florida State Senator Mike Bennett
(Bennett.Mike.web@FLSenate.gov), need to respectfully contact Senator
Bennett. Read the postings, and you'll quickly understand why!
I CANNOT RECALL A MORE CRITICAL
JUNCTURE IN ALL THOSE YEARS IN REGARDS TO THE CRUISING COMMUNITY'S RIGHT TO
ANCHOR IN FLORIDIAN WATERS, THAT'S WHAT WE ARE FACING RIGHT NOW! Again,
and I know I'm being repetitive, but PLEASE read the latest.

home page. Locate the "Cruising News From" section and then click on
either the "Eastern Florida," "Florida Keys" or "Western Florida"
buttons/links. And, finally, if EVER there was a time WHEN YOU NEED TO FORWARD THIS
E-MAIL TO EVERY CRUISING FRIEND, YACHT CLUB MEMBER, USPS MEMBERS AND
FELLOW MARINERS OF ALL STRIPES, THIS IS IT!!!!!
