rent/caretake my sailboat

I have a Liberty 28 sailboat that I am restoring up in Port Charlotte. I want to bring her down to the middle Keys or Bahamas and have someone rent/care take her at mooring or in a slip. Anyone out there know of someone I can interview for the job? Also would like help delivering or have someone deliver for me. I am in Northern Minnesota so logistics a bit of a problem!
