BKH remains the boater friendliest place to be at least in Fl. This is due in part to the great job the marina staff does along with the mindset of the city itself. Its also due to the people who reside here. There are exceptions. Those that run noisy generators at inappropriate times are inconsiderate; when they continue to do so when asked not to are rude; when told to desist by the authorities and continue, they are anti-social. When people without obviuos disability insist on taking up "handicapped" parking spaces just because they can are inconsiderate. When they use these spots to store vehicles, they are rude and anti-social. Let's hope that the very few anti-socials amongst us don't tarnish the image of the rest!
