Canon Marine has always been the steepest deep ramp, and I use it sometimes for our 20' fish boat. I don't recall it handling 4-6 feet however, but I would trust them if they tell you so. They're honest.
33rd St is over on the Ocean side so you'd have to go all the way around, plus I've lived there on my boat and that ramp is especially shallow.
