Thank you! Yep... I'm aware that US citizens and US boats cannot go, so I'm on the look out for foreign boats passing thru. I thought I'd give it a shot if it doesnt work then I'll head to another destination and get to cuba from there. I'm flexible about how and when I go. But I do appreciate the advice.
