In Will & Donna's early days of sailing we both had Santana 22 sailboats when I met them. Will was a language teacher in Beaumont, at Lamar University. Later Will bought a Westerly 22 and took of cruising and never came back to Texas. I last saw him in 1993 when I came to Boot Key on my way to the Bahamas in our Pearson 323, Moriah.At that time he was recovering from another heart surgery.He was kind of down at that time which was unlike Will. He was always upbeat, with a big smile.
