I think the world of the girl who lives above me in our appartments, she is with a guy at the moment but doen't seem to see much of him, is it Ok to ask her out for a date? I've been on my own for a long time. I gave her a personal trainer some time ago, and she seems to like me, I have no confidence. Every time I want to talk to her, she is always in a rush, advice please....
