I know how it feels. But you're 17! You have a long life ahead of you, so live it up to the fullest! Don't worry about making anyone else happy, just make yourself happy. You have a future that's a lot bigger than what you're going through now. On the outside looking in, you may love this guy, but he's at another school for HIS future, not yours. Focus on YOUR future and everything else should fall into place. So you're failing and he's an A student and you think you couldn't offer him a good future because of it. Understandable. But this guy should NEVER be the only reason for you to improve on your grades. In order for you guys to have a future at all, he has to want a future with you too. But most of all, both of you have to be happy as individuals. Since you're 17, don't rush into anything. Improve your grades for YOU and YOU ONLY! Nobody at the age of 17 can fully understand what love is about. You have to grow. You don't want to be 34 years old and miserable because you let your feelings for this guy keep you from being everything you can be and having as much fun as you can, do you? Work on yourself...for yourself.
