Posted by Cathryn What can we do about it? Move on, learn from it, lean on friends, read books, watch movies and never ever give her a needy sob story. Ignoring her when she comes back around is a good one too, and she will when something goes wrong. They hate us not being sad and waiting for crumbs too. They want you to suffer but they don't want to. Knowing you are going on with your life despite her cruelty will be the best thing you can do and the bonus on that is that she will be feeling then, as you do now. Bottomline on the pain is time..a lot of it. Good luck:-)

I know the pain Tim. Going through it right now myself. Just me and my little dog. I did nothing to deserve what I am getting from my ex either and yet it happens to us.
