Thomas may turn out to be outstanding at tackle in the NFL, but I am not sold on his ability to handle the elite pro pass rushers he will face during his career. I also feel it is easier to get good OL than good DEs later on in drafts. About our MLB situation, young lady... Would you be for or against signing London Fletcher to fill that need? It appears he will become a UFA once the FA period begins. Is he past his prime and falling in production, or still a savvy vet who could give the Lions 2-3 solid years in the middle? What do you think? Is there someone else that may be available that you would prefer?

... If the Lions took Gaines Adams instead of Anderson, I would still be a happy camper. I think Anderson is more complete at present, while Adams is an elite pass rusher who could improve against the run, but in the "T2" defense Marinelli seems to insist on playing, I feel getting pressure on the QB is extremely important, and the team's most pressing need.
