I think this had to be done. I keep thinking about what Marinelli said: "you become what you tolerate". That's true in my life.
Rogers had to go. They gave him every chance to get on board. The other players saw that.
We got something for him, and improved a position that needs a LOT of improvement.
Fix the lines, fix the secondary, fix the running game, get some kind of permanent answer at quarterback, ....
Let's face it. We are rebuilding, again.
So why not start with the lines? That's what you should do.
