I thought it would be a close thing. I was looking over your sheet, and I couldn't see a lot of cost cutting available. But I'm not into the salary cap, like you are...so thought I would double check what you thought.
I've heard the Mendenhall ideas. I've even repeated them to a couple of my Lion fan friends. But it just doesn't ring true, no matter how I say it. Don't get me wrong. I think Mendenhall is quite possibly the best complete RB coming out of this draft. I still like Jonathan Stewart, despite the toe surgery. And I cannot explain why it doesn't ring true. Something inside my head saying it's too predictable?
I was trying to think of the earlier names I heard from the combine period, of those who I know were interviewed...and I'm coming up empty. Anyway, I don't need to owe you one to post something like that. I'm helpful, that way 
I do remember something about Rod running around the Combine with his fly undone...and he wasn't taking the hint by those who tried to help him out subtly. Didn't think that was real helpful, but I give you full disclosure...at least he had clothes on, right?
