The only priority (and not very high priority, by the way) UDFA on that list is Bobby Williams. The draft picks are lumped into that list and makes it look more impressive. And I sincerely hope they find some diamonds in the rough. Especially at DT, LB or CB. I'm not saying that they couldn't.
However, when Minnesota get 5 of the top 20 UDFAs. And Green Bay gets 3 of the top 30 or so. Chicago brought in a few guys who were well thought of. I just see the Lions laying an egg in the post-draft. And not just in their own division. They were dead last in getting the top UDFAs to come in. I was hopeful that they still had a trick hidden in their hats up until their list came out. But it really didn't happen.
IMO it feels like they don't think they need depth and they are complacent with what they have. And the only ones who should feel remotely that way are either the Patriots or the Giants.
