I agree Phantom, but here is an interesting thought...
Millen's first draft, and arguably his best included 2 OLinemen and 1 DLineman in the first 2 rounds. I actually thought he had a brain back then.
Since then, he's focused on skill positions and project players. Its been a complete and unmitigated disaster. I thought this team was worse than most, predicting 6-10 but obviously I overestimated.
I don't really care much about Marinelli, his crap about having to look at the film has gotten way old and the incredibly poor choice of Colletto as OC lowers my opinion of him.
I don't think there is any quick fix for this team. They've built themselves completely the wrong way and tied up huge deals on fringe players.
