Oakland and Kansas City are the 2 worst teams, and St. Louis may contend for the first pick overall as well. Missouri is in misery. Al Davis and Matt Millen should take a very long vacation together.
There may be a couple other teams that become as bad through injury. I'm very iffy on Seattle because they are hiring WRs off the street to start. Cincinnati looks like its going through a meltdown, though I think they have more talent than they will finish. Cleveland also is a dysfunctional team. I thought Baltimore would struggle more with Flacco under center, but they're doing alright for now. But I still think the bottom could drop out.
Getting rid of Millen doesn't change their draft position of #4. But I'm more hopeful that they'll get more than 1 starter out of a draft.
