Remember, the owner who hired Millen and stayed with him for far too many years is still in place and will make the selection for the next Loins President and GM. I am skeptical that he will be able to select a knowledgeable and experienced football guy.
This is poor timing, IMHO. It should have been done before the draft or right after a completed season. It is unlikely that anyone will be available until January or February that is any good. That said, I am glad it is finally a done deal.
I wonder if former Jets HC Richie Kotite (4-28) will be available for Mr. Ford.
