So far I've read that Josh McDaniel, Steve Spagnuolo, Jason Garrett and Les Frazier are possible candidates for the head coaching spot. McDaniel and Spagnuolo are intriguing, I'd be satisfied with either of these guys. Garrett I have no interest in. As for Frazier, I hate to say it, but he is prolly just a token interview to cover the Rooney rule. That's why Millen got into trouble for hiring Mooch without talking to a minority candidate, because none of the minority coaches at the time really thought they'd have a shot at the job, since speculation was abound that Mooch was Millen's guy.
I'd like to see a front office guy brought in at some point, but the head coach may be the first hire that's made. Has anyone heard/read of any other HC or front office possibilities out there??
