I like the hire. He's got an excellent pedigree and track record, and he should be able to put together a quality staff. I liked Bowles a lot, but Schwartz should be able to facilitate this transition period if he's able to get some players.
I'm satisfied with the coaching search. It was much more thorough than anything Millen did. Now if they can just get that personnel guy position filled.....
