Cutler is a good qb, a leader and a Pro Bowl
player. If the Lions offered Denver pick #20 and a conditional pick in 2010, that would seem fair.
I hope you take Curry or the kid from Baylor.
Both would start right away and the risk of paying big bucks is minimized in my opinion.
I like Stafford but there is something missing. He has a strong arm, pretty good pocket awareness and is smart.
But when you draft a qb with the 1st pick, it is more of a risk than a LT or a great linebacker.
I was thinking after Detroit traded Redding for Peterson, you might draft BJ Raji but he isn't worth a #1 pick imo.
I don't know why you sign a free agent qb or draft a qb in round 4 or later.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't be surprised if your pick is Stafford because the prevailing wisdom? of NFl Gm's is to take a qb with the #1 pick.
I hope you draft Curry. I love the way he plays the game plus I am a Wake Forest fan!
