The Loins have a deal in place with Curry already, but are close to a deal with Stafford, who appears to be their first choice after all. Sigh. 
If they sign the QB, it will mean once again they have avoided drafting an impact lineman or LB when one was there for them, giving teams below them in the draft order a great chance to widen the gap in the trenches even further. This team will never win until it finally gets how to build a team. Fix the lines and the defense FIRST!
For the past 5 decades they have been at a disadvantage along the lines and have won nothing! I was hoping Mayhew and Co. would change the constant early drafting of WRs, QBs, and DBs at the expense of building powerful and talented lines. If they sign Stafford, it is another wasted opportunity to start righting the ship. Letting the other teams get further along is simply not wise. Is a great lack of wisdom the only way this franchise can procede?
What a LB corps this team could have with Curry in the fold. I hope Schwartz insists on taking him - or a left tackle. Otherwise, my continuing as a Loins fan is finally in serious jeopardy!
