The number one reason for last year's debicle was a lack of talent on the field. But I think that a lack of coherence in the coaching staff and the front office played a big part as well.
We will have to get into the season to see how the team is shaping up.
There are players backing up on this team that would not be on other teams at all, and there are guys starting that should be backing up. Millen left this team in such bad shape that it will take at least another year, probably two, before they can even think of contending.
And the powers that be will have to do a lot of things right to make things happen even then.
I am going to just sit back and enjoy football this year. We can't be any worse, and we will probably be a good bit better. But as for who should stay and who should go, we have to get into the season before we can even make a guess, IMHO.
