With a very tough schedule coming up the next several games, this was an important game to win. Mayhew is building a real NFL team and fixing the lines, which I appreciate greatly. It will take time to build depth, though. Mr. Injury Bug still has a home in Detroit.

Winning 5-6 games isn't likely, IMHO. Hope I am wrong, however. Maybe 3-4 wins this year, and after another outstanding offseason of FA signings and drafting, a leap in wins might be possible. I like this coaching staff.
