Posted by EsmeraldaBOO In my humble pov, Los Palominos can hold their own and then some. Sure it is great for artists to 'team up' with others on occassion, but for anyone to think Los Palominos 'need to team up' with La Mafia or any other artist to garner 'great feedback' or anything else is preposterous. I dont always hear all I'd like to hear at a performance, but that is part of the next time, the hope that I may then, and if not that is why we have the cdS. I actually listened to my favorite song, off the newest cd, all the way to the show last night, because I knew they weren't going to play it live. I've yet to have any trouble finding something positive and or as you termed it, 'great feedback', for our PalZ (and the crew) who continue to deliver top notch performances everytime I've had the opportunity to see them. One of the greatest things about our Palz, for me, is not something I've shared outright publicly as of yet. I'll just paraphrase my thoughts here, Los Palominos *without knowing* have helped me thru one of the toughest years of my life, and that earns them, this fan's, support and love - unconditionally! Our PalZ did a FANtastic job with the oldies and some newbies - (assuming) last night in Htown. I even have to give them extra points for doing it in spite of technical difficulties. 
I disagree that our PalZ need to play with La Mafia more often. For one and most important to me as a fan, is we dont get to hear as many songs because they dont get to play as long as when they are the outright headliner. Now, dont get me wrong, I love La Mafia's music too, so that isnt any kind of diss to La Mafia.
That said, I believe the mixture of songs is fine, since the PalZ always seem to play old and new songs. Even if I think not enough new at times, I also realize that is just smart marketing strategy for the newest cd and cant fault them. I figure I'll hear my newest favorite by next year at this rate. LoL and
