Also, the few hundred or so named Transformers would just be those on Earth, Cybertron would have a population of billions of robots (and each of the two respective Autobot and Decepticon populations would each be much larger than the human population of Earth). Megatron would instead of being a steriotypical Saturday morning cartoon megalomaniac be the universe's most feared villain, conqueror, and genius criminal mastermind who could only be outwitted by Doctor Doom (and even then he'd be able to give Doom a darned hard time about it). The Decepticons would be without exception THE toughest conquering alien race, and all the others (even Klingon-esque superhuman warrior civilizations where they love to die in battle) would wet themselves and beg for mercy whenever the Decepticons got even slightly cross. These alien races would be much larger and tougher than the Klingons, Borg, Skrulls, Zentraedi (if you don't know who the Zentraedi are, don't ask), etc. -Mephisto would be THE one and only source and incarnation of all darkness in the universe, and no demon would be equal or superior to him in power or evil. Mephisto would not be the actual Satan of Christian mythology; rather, people saw Mephisto and based Satan on him because there would be no actual Satan in the MU. In other words, holy water or white magic would be able to to harm Mephisto but none of the stuff said about him is true (EG, he never tried to take over Heaven, and he never got into a tussel with Michael the Archangel or whatever). Mephisto's power would be honestly unholy; crosses would burst into flames or explode if he came near and he would have the ability to demonically posess people (and could only be driven out either by exorcism by an unbelievably powerful white magician (Doctor Strange level, and even then he'd have a bloody heck of a time about it), or by an almost inhumanly strong force of will, such as Doctor Doom's). As well, other than the "hells" of non-Christian mythology (Helheim, Erebus, etc.), the Hell ruled over by Mephisto would be the only one in the cosmos, and it wouldn't be treated like it's just another dimension (it really would be Hell, not just called that, and no, there is not another Hell that applies to the Christian idea of the Devil). Hell would be called Hell, not "Mephisto's Hell". The Norse underworld would be called Helheim. -The Squadron Supreme would be honestly equal to the Justice League, instead of, at best, a pale imitation. The Whizzer could move at lightspeed, Hyperion would be as fast, as well as nuke-proof and able to move planets, and Nighthawk would be comparable to Captain America in physical developement, hand-to-hand combat skills, and would be a genius and detective who could beat the most powerful superhumans just by taking advantages of their specific weaknesses (throws a bomb in the way of the Whizzer's path while whacking Hyperion with a rod of argonite, etc.). -Galactus would actually engage in hand-to-hand combat sometimes. -Shuma-Gorath would be replaced by Cthulhu himself, instead of a ripoff. The Darkhold would be replaced by the Necronomicon (which would have powers such as awakening Cthulhu, opening gates to Hell, summoning and controlling demons, animating the dead or allowing devils to posess their bodies, creating mutant undead freaks, drawing forth the Army of the Dead, summoning the Devil himself, turning vampires into dark gods, beginning Ragnarok, and it makes its posessor an incredibly powerful black magician, themself, Doctor Strange-level but with evil powers). The Book of the Vishanti would naturally have opposite powers (makes its wielder a Strange-level master of white magic, can summon archangels, can injure or banish demons, etc.). -The Infinity Gauntlet would make its wearer literally omnipotent, instead of still only nigh-omnipotent. Each Infinity Gem would make one as powerful as Eternity on its own. There would definitely be seven Infinity Gems, and the plot for them would be that each one of them carries in it the power of one of the Seven Thunders that began/made creation for God ("and when he cried, seven thunders uttered their voices: thy will be done, they kingdom come"), or at least, that's how creation would have been made in the MU.

-The Transformers and JI Joe would take place in the same universe as each other but it would be a separate universe from the rest of the MU, except for in crossovers. The Transformers and JI Joe wouldn't normally run into each other, though. As well, if they did, then Cobra would NOT get the better of the Decepticons (because JI Joe sucks compared to the Transformers, and all the latest JI Joe/TF crossovers are terrible, anyways).
