Offer to write some appendix entries

Well,call it boredom or the desire to share information, I'd like to write a few Appendix entries... should I just start writing or do I need permission? I can put it in html myself.
First up: Master Mind Excello (Mystic) and Master Mind Excello (Amazing Fantasy). I can also provide scans of the issues.
