Seth Voelker WAS NOT the Sidewinder that died in
Iron Fist Vol.2 #1.This is the second Sidewinder.
The previously mentioned Sidewinder that was a me-
mber of the recently incarnation of the Serpent
Society could not be Voelker beacause he was just
recently paroled from "the Raft" as revealed in
New Thunderbolts #7.He is Sidewinder III.
It is unclear if Voelker appeared behind the sce-
nes in New Avengers #1-#3.Because,the Avengers a-
re no yet together by the time of the events of N-
ew Thunderbolts #1-#7.
