Squadron City,the Black Archer shattered Doctor spectrum's Power Prism shattering
shards all over Spectrum's body causing Spectum's skin and costume to become devoid of
pigment.However,Spectrem retains his power,now he changes color completly depending on what power
he uses (red for concussion,green for flight,and yellow for tractor beam).
It is unclear if the scientists restored the Power Prism or some other manner restored his appearance
and abilties.
