.....someone else. Well actually I know that for sure they were not built by Minelab and many people swear they were the best units.
Mr. Bill knows who built the early ones but it definately wasn't Minelab...and actually when Minelab first started making them...they were junk...they leaked...and basically would fall apart.
If you remember back about 7 years ago you would see people asking for Red Headset Excals and would not buy the Blue version...one was Minelab and one was whoemever it was that first made them.
