I had a King Cobra for awhile and you're right, it was basically the same as the Golden Sabre II's. Mine was a couple of inches deeper than either of the two GS II's I had but same features and audio. I've had my 1650 for almost 10 years and it's still chugging along. Not a depth demon but it can get down and grub in iron
