John, the GTP 1350 is a different kind of detector. It can size a target "A" "B" or "C" using the profiling very fast, and is a little more forgiving for being off center pinpointing compared to the GTI 1500 for sizing. If you dig only "A" size targets, you are in the ballpark for coin sized objects. You can also program the machine to respond with targets using the audio duration technique, where "A" size targets give a short BLEEP, a "B" size is bigger and a "C" size target is bigger yet. This is great if you eyesight isn't up to par or you want to hunt in low light areas. You can program it to give a special belltone on most US coins and rings too. it also has the other features such as notching, depth readout, ID probability, multi tones and can use the Profiling (sizing) feature on every coil available on this machine.
Below is one complete years result of ONLY using the GTP 1350. It really did well on silver coins and did get silver and gold rings too.
