Thanks, I had hoped you could explain it. It will be an exciting time for early adopters of this new machine. so much to learn, so many things to try. It would be great to have a place to collect all the knowledge.
This is all such a pleasant change from much of the commentary on the various forums -- "Gee look what I found - isn't my new Mebabucks GroundPounderXtraordianry wonderful - don't you wish you had one!
With the openness shown by the likes of Eric Fisher and yourself, there is an opportunity for a kind of "open source" movement to explore and exploit the first mass market detector which incorporates these key technologies -- PI, ground balance, variable pulse delay, etc. -- all implemented in a non mystic and highly user configurable form.
I'm pretty excited about it and I think a lot of other folks will be as well.
