The old Nautilus does well, I have a few. I think more time is needed on good ground sites. Since the ground balance point will determine the tone of a particular target(above or below the setting) targets in good ground tend to shift tone wise. I hear more targets in good ground then I do in bad ground. In severe ground small iron is eliminated when you ground balance the detector, not as much in good ground. The new three conducor switch will allow you to Cherry Pick sites based on tones. This in a way I guess is a form of tone discrimination. In hot ground nothing works better. Hold off a bit until some more units hit the field. More feedback will start rolling in. Besides its to darn hot to hunt in the summer.
