I don't know about any others but a few years back I bought an extension cable from Tesoro, and all I had to do was plug it up.That route is much much cheaper also than buying the plugs and cable(if you ever find them)and doing it yourself.Don't know that you would be so lucky with some of the older or vintage machines.
