The Cointrax II works exceptionally well here, and also has excellent depth, but the ground here is virtually mineral free. Reg tested the prototype chip versions as George was programming the 2.2 chip and his ground is a lot tougher than mine, so he can give you more relevant info as to it's capabilities in higher mineralization than I can. I have three different Baron versions, including the Cointrax with the 2.2 chip, and get darn good results with all of them.
