Can I put tone id on "any" PI unit just by adding a form of ground balance and a tone circuit or does it have to be a special type of PI circuit to receive it.

If I don't end up with a GQ, perhaps I could put it onto a Uniprobe?

I have some experience with electronics and would be capable of doing this if I had a schematic and knew where to intergrate it into the existing circuit.
