Hi everyone, I very rarely post here. But I must say that when I pickup one of my older detectors it almost like a breath of fresh air. Simple is just fine. You know, detectors like tmy Whites 4900/D, Golden uMax, CZ5, or the 1236X2. I don't know if anyone else feels this way but I am glad I have them around. No doubt that this subject has been brought up time and time again. I mean I like new technology like the Minelab Etrac and others, but just getting back to simole maybe wakes me a bit. Anyway I just wanted to make a post here and howdy Mr.Straight! Good hunting all and always wear your gloves.
