The Bulgarian (who is the information source for Nexus) tells everyone that Florida is full of black sand "so bad at Hobe Sound I couldn't even switch my Excaliber on" etc etc.
The only difficult beach I ever found in Florida was up at Jacksonville in the north of the State.
He doesn't seem to know what black sand is, probably sand thats dark due to ships flushing their tanks.
The top machine in his view is the Aquasound and thats another one like the Nexus that doesn't get on with true blacksand.
The machine used on Florida's beaches was an Nexus Aquaria and when I rang Georgi about the blacksand problem being solved he said that the machine was just a standard Nexus that had been waterproofed.
On land if the ground is not to hot then the Nexus is a deep machine. I have Troy Shadows, XP's, T2, Treasure Baron, twin frequency/multifrequency and the Nexus with the coinshooting coil is deeper than any whilst still having a reasonable stab at ferrous I.D.
