Good morning everyone.
I was wondering.....
While adjusting the target select on my MK1 I was struck that there may be an easier way to do it. Please tell me if I am wrong.
Rather than holding the toggle to the right and reading the meter, I tried something else.
I adjusted the regular disc all the way up, or at least well past the usual accept range. Set the machine into target select mode. Now place a nickle or whatever target you want to accept in the notch on the ground and start moving the coil over it until the select adjustment gives you the strongest signal.
Reset your regular disc to where you want it and go hunt. Am I messing around with the performance of the machine by doing this?
Luv the MK1, once I got it I realised that this may be the machine that Mr. Sickler refers to so often in his book.
I would also like a copy of the holster for myself to make, if possible.
