Seems a good price for a new one. American distributor says 5 year warranty (to original owner only, I assume). It may not last 5 years, but if you keep it (w/receipt) until it breaks, they'll send you another if they can't fix it. I think it has tone ID & now I see used White's XL Pros being offered with that mod.
Does pic show a hard handle rather than foam grip? The hardest part for the Chinese seems to be mastering a comfortable design, & quality of construction.
I have 3 Chinese detectors, with Gold Century label (1 year warranty). I just saw a used one on eBay like you mentioned that ended without a sale at $90 buy it now w/$10 shipping. Of course a warranty is a good thing to have.
Someone that was on here bought one & I think they sold it to someone else on this forum. Maybe they can tell you more. HH, George (MN)
