The month of November has many things this year.
Starting with the elections on the 7th, the only thing that bothers on me.
Is getting all these E-Mails from all these different parties.
Where were they went a great many things were in the works?
They had no interest in me than, now I have no interest in them.
On the 10th of the month, it will be the 231st Birthday of the United States Marine Corps.
Many will be observing that day in some distant land.
We pray for all of them.
On 10th November 1966, I was in Vietnam, I don't remember if we observed the Birthday of our Corps.
If they had a small celebration, I must have not been awared of it.
Days there, were all the same, just another day out of 395 days and a wake up.
11 November is Veterans Day, a day that should be spented honoring our living veterans.
Sad, to many its just another day, for others its just another day off work.
As a veteran, I think that we should render honors to the living before they die.
Honors than are beyond hearing.
On the 23rd of the month, it will be Thanksgiving Day, I know a young Woman Marine, serving in Iraq.
We wish all of them, a Happy Thanksgiving.
We also would like to extent a Thank You for your service to the Nation.
With that I will now close this blog message.
