Hermano!
Whish you, and all whom you hold dear, the very same. May 2008 be a year of warmth and happiness!
Got back home to Sweden by late this very past Tuesday, after having spent 2 weeks in NE-ern CA, up in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Visited a very dear friend, USARMY Viet Nam Veteran, for the 4th time since 2001. This time, as during my 1st visit, I however travelled over alone without my wife and daughter with me. This however gave me more time to talk more service-related talk with Vic. Not something we do as much of, when our wifes are around us of course, as subjects talked about then tends to be more non-military to its nature.
It was Good to see Vic and his closest friend "Big Nick" again. "Big Nick" is called so, for obvious reasons. Large enough to scare a grizzly away... Big Nick served in USMC Force Recon, and was with 9th MEB in March 1965. Later on, when photographs have been developed, I will put them in photosite so you can view them also.
Sincerely
A.B
