Fitness and Mental Health go hand in hand. The more fit we are, the more we should be able to handle stress.
But some stress is unavoidable...demands by your child or children for an example.
They have their needs, and want them forefill, but that might not be your highest piority that day.
Mortage payment, and other bills might be demanding more of your attention on that given day.
But still, you have to meet their demands on you.
But being fit might make it a bit easier on everybody...
