Hell! I was in those purrty White Barracks of 1st BN for a month!

But, then I decided to move over to the Quonset huts of 3rd BN so I could become a real Marine! Of course, an unfortunate medical condition caused by a run-in with my 1st BN DI was also part of the reason I started in Platoon 198 and graduated in Platoon 344!
OBTW.....Did you know that, as of June 1st, my son Marc is now Sergeant of Marines Marc E. LaBrecque?
