Of course. It's a Tenor (4-string). But many a tenor/or plectrum pot has been used to make fabulous 5-strings, hence putting a new neck on it. That 5th string is no problem. Vega pots with Tuba-phones in them that started life as a 4-string ended up on some fine PS-long necks. I believe our friend Russ Scinta has done this a coupla times, and swapped long-necks (just the neck) too.
