Last night, here in the UK,the BBC broadcast the latest in their superb series The Transatlantic Sessions. Recorded in a castle in Scotland the series features the best of folk singers and instrumentalists from both sides of the pond - no audience, just filmed with the musicians given full prominence. All the programmes feature Jerry Douglas and last night's guests were James Taylor and Dan Tyminsky who was showing off his signature Martin and singing, of course, Man of Constant Sorrow. If the series gets aired in the States don't miss it - it's a joy
