Rick, Mine is the White Layde. I use it to perform. It is a wonderful banjo, fully assembled in the USA. A great value, a lot of bang for the buck. There are pictures of me with it on my website at www.stevejustman.com
I've had it 3 years now and it has been totally problem free.
