Hi Norm,
Sounds like a neat place Jim is putting togther! Being that he can price-match just about any store, I may get something from him someday (Larrivee D-50E).
Advice for anyone dealing with politicians/bureaucrats: Money talks, BS walks! Showing a zoning board (or its more influential members) some green is like showing a hooker the same thing!
