Joel. I agree with everything that everyone has said. However, it's your money and you should buy what you want. I have a D41 and it's a very nice player's guitar. However, as I get older I find the the 000 or OM guitars are more comfortable for me. Unless you're playing with a bunch of banjo players (shudder) you might want to look at a smaller body size.
There are too many variables in your question for anyone to be of much help to you. Of course, it's also fun to help someone else satisfy their GAS.
