Posted by DougR For maximum user convenience, each user has a unique ring group that causes both of their phones to ring simultaneously: User A: 601 (Ring Group 2) Thus if you dial 601, both phones ring and User A can answer which ever phone they are closest to at that moment. Likewise, each user uses the Group voice mailbox for their messages. If you dial 600, it rings all of the digital phones (all three users), but none of the analog phones. Conversely, if an analog phone is set to ring group 1 (ext. 600), it will ring when extension 600 is called (along with every digital phone on the system). I could not find anything in the manuals indicating that extension 600 is supposed to ring all extensions, but by accident, I discovered it does ring all digital stations (even if they are assigned to another ring group) and any analog stations that are set to ring group 1. Is there a better way to set this up? (I need to keep the ring groups for the individuals, but also need a way to ring all extensions- digital AND analog).

I have 3 users who each have both a 22 Button Display phone and an analog cordless phone. There is no attendant on the system and no extension on 300; the system has a 4 port voice mail card.
User B: 602 (Ring Group 3)
User C: 603 (Ring Group 4)
